Next, our experienced technicians carefully test and inspect each item to make sure it meets our strict quality standards.
They test each item for functionality and test the units port by port to make sure data and PoE goes through. We also make sure that the item is factory defaulted and ready to use as soon as it's plugged in. We keep records of all our test reports, so you can be confident that your refurbished product has been thoroughly evaluated and meets our high standards for quality and performance.After testing we clean the unit thoroughly by using a specialized air compressor to blow out any dust or debris that may have accumulated on the unit during the refurbishing process. This ensures that your refurbished electronics are as clean as possible when they arrive to you. We use a gentle, non-abrasive cleaning solution to remove any smudges, fingerprints, or other marks from the surface of the unit.
We take great care to ensure that the cleaning solution we use is safe for use on electronics, so you can be confident that your unit will be clean and free of any residue. If needed, we'll also paint the units to give them a fresh, like-new appearance. We take extra care to make sure the product is properly secured and won't move around during transit.
