Supermicro CS836 Server ChassisTQ Backplane 16 HotSwap Trays 2X 720 Watt Nice

Supermicro CSE 836TQ 3U chassis in prime condition. 3.2 836TQ SAS/Sata backplane with Supermicro cabling for SAS/Sata controllers, dual 720 watt Supermicro PWS-721-1R power supplies, all fans all updated to quieter units, miscellaneous cables, a slim DVD drive, left and right mounting rails, and Corsair mounting bracket for one or two 2 1/2 boot drives (drives not included). Also included are miscellaneous extra fans, parts, cables, connectors, etc. The photos show the overall prime condition of the chassis. Note that the protective plastic sheet still covers the top and pull handles and 4 large rubber feet keep the unit off the floor.

My intention was to build a home Nas, and ESXi VM server (Napp-it All-In-One). The box is currently set up as shown in the last few pictures. Details of the "guts" of the system are below. Again, these items are not included with the chassis unless an offer for everything is accepted. Supermicro X8-SIL-F (with IPMI) motherboard with Xeon 3450 CPU w/ Intel heatsink and fan, 32 GB DDR3-1333 ECC memory.

Two LSI 9211-8i SAS/Sata controllers (IT mode). Two Intel 80 GB SSD drives - mirrored boot drives attached to DatOptic S-3-DS3RA hardware raid controller. Note: for some reason the photos make some areas on the chassis appear to be distorted (even I had to check things out with a straight edge :) Every surface is straight and flat!
