Our quality check process begins with an inspection of the item to determine its condition. We check for any physical damage, such as scratches or dents, and make sure that the item is genuine and not a counterfeit. Next, our experienced technicians carefully test and inspect each item to make sure it meets our strict quality standards.

They test each item for functionality and test the units port by port to make sure data and PoE goes through. We also make sure that the item is factory defaulted and ready to use as soon as it's plugged in.
